The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Kolawole Salako has paid a courtesy visit to the FUNAAB Multipurpose Cooperative Society, as he lauded the executive officers for their forthrightness and being trustworthy.
The Vice-Chancellor gave this pass-mark during the on-the-spot assessment of the multipurpose hall building project under construction by the society.
The Vice-Chancellor described the building as a quality edifice to behold and a “reflection of dedication”, saying that, with the crop of the current executives, “We have our cooperative in trusted hands” and that it is hard to have such a crop of trusted team.
Prof. Salako prayed that God would make their work easier and advised that the Building Committee should start planning for the provision of basic equipment for the building such as furniture and electricity.
The Vice-Chancellor took a tour of the building in company of the President, Mr. Olusola Fatokun; Chairman, Building Committee, Engr. Adebukola Adetiloye; and other officers of the society.
