The proposed launching of a foundation conceptualized to enliven, propagate and promote the ideals of the late wife of Pastor Adeseye Senfuye, the Set Man of Treasure of House of God earlier slated for April 11, 2020 has been postponed
The project named, Yemisi Mercy Foundation, whose major aims and objectives were among others: to take care of the widow, the less privileged and the vulnerable members of the society, which were the dreams and aspirations of Late Pastor Mrs Oluwayemisi Senfuye, nee George who passed on in April 2019 after a brief illness.
In a Press Release signed by Adeniyi Adeloye, the Media Consultant to Pastor Adeseye Senfuye, the postponement was necessitated by the decision of his principal to adhere to the state Government’s directives banning gathering of people more than 20 and observing social distancing order.
In the Press Statement, Pastor Adeseye Senfuye who is regardful of people appealed to invited guests and well wishers for any inconveniences the postponement might have caused them, saying the government meant well for the people over the decision to lockdown the state as part of its fight against the Corona virus pandemic.
He said a new date would be communicated to them as soon as the lockdown was over and the fight against the dreaded virus tormenting the whole world was won.
Pastor Adeseye Senfuye used the opportunity to advise the people of the state to join hands with the Prince Dapo Abiodun led government in the state by strictly observing the directives in order to win the fight against Corona virus pandemic.
Pastor Senfuye was optimistic that, with the state and Federal governments’ concerted efforts, and the benevolence and magnanimity of God, the Nigerian Nation would win the fight against the pandemic.
He also prayed for God to abide by Doctors, allied professionals as well as supporting officials who are in the forefront of the fight against COVID-19.
